I had to call the front desk 3X upon checking in, but before that I had to wait two hours to get into my room. The property is beautiful and extremely large, bring good walking shoes. The staff is very nice but be prepared to make your on bed and call housekeeping if you want your room cleaned. Overall okay stay for the price but would probably pay a little more next time for a more accommodating place.
